If you cancel on the same day (as part of a package deal), the whole session is forfeited. There is a deposit for all other services booked, which is non-refundable. If you are not in the studio by the sixth minute of your appointment time, you will be charged a $20 late fee. Be punctual! For the first time, all package deals require a consultation.
