Carballo Architecture was established by Adam Carballo in Baltimore City in 2002 with a single rowhouse renovation project. From residential to commercial projects in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington DC, we have grown in our ability to serve our clientele over time. Our multidisciplinary team brings a wealth of real estate and construction experience, allowing us to create custom solutions for any client in any sector. He began his career as a carpenter and earned a B.Arch. from Philadelphia University, part 3 from The Architectural Association of London, and is currently pursuing an MBA from The Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School. Real estate. His diverse experience in both academic and practical architectural work informs his perspective. After years in London, Carballo returned to his native Maryland to found Carballo Architecture in 2004. It is now an award-winning, full-service architecture firm that offers services in multiple states. He holds a license to practice architecture in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington DC. He loves spending time with Gnocchi, his dog, cooking, and travelling.
