I chose The Snyder Law Firm based on customer reviews, but I later realized that these reviews were misleading. The paralegals, especially Millissa, are very unfriendly and tend to avoid communicating with clients they dislike. My emails often go unanswered, and I don't receive timely updates about negotiations with the insurance company. After dragging the negotiations for 10 months, the firm irresponsibly transferred my case to another attorney without my consent. Last April, my car was completely destroyed due to the other party's fault, with three airbags deployed inside the cabin. I managed to crawl out of the car without external injuries. However, I started experiencing pain in various parts of my body from the following day and had to visit a physical therapist for three months. Additionally, I couldn't conduct my business for a week, and I haven't received compensation for this work damage. What's more disappointing is the firm's inadequate negotiation skills with the insurance company. From what I've heard, I received less than 60% of the compensation I should have gotten. According to the physical therapist, the amount negotiated for medical bills and compensation is significantly lower than it should be for such cases. Despite the low compensation amount, a substantial portion was deducted for medical treatment, and the attorney's fees were not discounted by even a penny. Choosing The Snyder Law Group was a big mistake on my part, but I feel the need to write this review to prevent others from making the same choice.
