Positive Feedback Received: 1. Dr. Sannaa and her team are the kindest and most professional dental practice I have ever visited. I have been nervous about dental treatments in the past, so I often avoid them, but Dr. Sannaa and her competent team did everything in their power to ensure my comfort. Their office has all necessary support equipment to make the environment relaxing, from hand massagers to projectors and holders for sunglasses and eye masks, as well as Netflix. They not only make you feel relaxed and secure, but they also provide a good experience that is difficult to forget. You can tell that they spend the extra money on making sure the surroundings are more calming and less harsh, which is unique to this place. The staff at 1 Bethesda Dental Center are first class. It must be because of the boss. Thank you for a fantastic experience. I will be returning in six months. If you go, ask for Meg as your hygienist. She is fantastic and does an outstanding job yet is quick and effective at the same time. Dr. Bean is the same; he is fantastic. He did the cleaning and it was gentle. My anxiety often prevents me from getting the care I need but everyone was so kind and patient. They also had additional support materials to provide comfort like hand massagers, sunglasses, eye masks & Netflix. Their professionalism and expertise is second to none! I’ll be back in six months for sure! If you go please know that Meg is an amazing hygienist & Dr. Bean is so gentle - both do a thorough job yet are so efficient! 3. The doctor and her staff did everything possible to make my visit painless and comfortable. 14. It was great. Very stylish and clean with good coffee and the staff was very accommodating of my needs. I had to take some work calls during my appt and they were so accommodating. The Dr and tech were professional and well trained. This is my new DDS. 15.
