I called the moment I found out we wouldn’t make the appointment and advised it was because of a death of a close family member, my uncle. They wouldn’t allow me to reschedule and kept my deposit.15. One of the workers has a really bad attitude. She was very rude and unprofessional. She wouldn’t state her name which I felt I should know so I could report her…I came for relaxation and yet I felt the opposite. I don’t recommend coming here I would rather go to another establishment where I know the service and workers are exceptional. Everything here is very subpar. If I could give 0 stars I would.
