Feedback 2 Reasons I highly recommend Frederick Roof Repair: highly professional, organized, responsive, and thorough. My house incurred strong wind damage in a few spots on the roof. I called the business phone first, and the owner has a recording instructing me to go to the website to complete the form. I appreciated completing the form so I could document the details of my contact information and repair requirement specifically. Within a few hours, Frederick Roof Repair contacted me to discuss my roof. The next day, Stefan came out to the house, as committed in the morning, and reviewed the damage. He gave his honest assessment and offered informative advice about whether to repair or replace the roof. I appreciated his honesty very much. The next day, as promised, they repaired the roof. The price was reasonable considering his responsiveness and two trips to the house (first one for the assessment and estimate, and second one to perform the repair). They were highly professional and safe on the day of the repair. After the repair, Frederick Roof Repair sent a set of detailed photos, which I also appreciated in case I have future repairs on the same roof. While Frederick roof repair wasn't the cheapest company they won my business because honestly I don't think I want to go with the cheapest company when doing something as important as a roof/skyline and gutters. I would rather have confidence in a product, company and the owner himself out on the construction site, than to save a few bucks today. I know I overpaid for our insurance policy to get more claims people trying to get my business. I had another big company put on a roof on a different house 4 years ago and it was a night a day difference. I highly recommend Stefan, his team and Frederick roof repair and I would use them again and would not hesitate to refer them to a friend. Great experience.
