Customer feedback summary: 1. Had my bathroom remodeled by Miguel and his team. Great team, excellent work. Also, they are such kind, courteous, and honest individuals. Working from home, I have to admit ... now that the project is done, I'm kind of sad they won't be around anymore. Santiago always made my extremely social 4 year old feel important, Wilmer would literally drop everything to help out with something not project related if you needed him to, and Miguel (the owner) checks in/stops by/helps regularly to make sure that everything is going smoothly and everything is up to his clients liking. And if something isn't meticulous, he will do whatever it takes until it is. If I could give them six stars, or even better, infinite stars ... I would.2. Miguel and his team at Killians installed drywall in my basement. They also taped, mudded, and sanded along with adding sound dampening insulation. I am extremely pleased with the work and professionalism at every step of the process, and the price was in line with other quotes. He was a pleasure to work with, his team did excellent work and left the place extremely tidy afterwards (even mopped the floors after completion). They worked within our budget and completed ahead of schedule. Would highly recommend for your home renovation.5. He came up with a creative solution that saved us several thousand and allowed us to keep our original floor. He worked in a very awkward space, and yet did an ncredible job!. In the end he came up $700 under budget! This was a tough project and we could not be more pleased with both the quality of the work and the cost! Hire them and you will have no regrets! Known for Bathroom Remodel, Tile, Trim, Crown molding, Paint, Dry wall They are on our preferred list. Our old home had an unfinished room. We called Killians to dry wall this room. Before we could get off the phone with Miguel, he was at the house giving us a quote. They worked efficiently and effectively. After the room was done, we were so impressed with the quality of his work. We contracted and they finished the rest of the room for us, added a beautiful modern bathroom, and redid the hardwood floors.
