The windows were installed quickly. The crew did not cut out 2" around vinyl siding like some companies do. Instead they cut off the flanges so the end result matched the other windows that were to remain so it looked great. My wife loves the new open view of the backyard through the kitchen window. The new triple pane windows in the bedroom helped block the noise from our neighbors noisy condensing unit. I would highly recommend them for window replacement. 3. We had water leaking into our bedroom (of our less than 5 year home) after a rainstorm and our builder said "sorry, you are out of warranty." The other companies we called said they were booked out until next week. Semper West not only came within a few hours but he did not charge us an emergency surcharge and he even took it upon himself to blow the lint out of our dryer vent after he fixed he leak in the roof. The attic vent into my house had deteriorated for years, to the point that I had a gapping hole where the vent should have been. I thought I could replace it myself but I didn't have the right ladder or skill to complete correctly. After calling several different firms and been rebuffed I reached out to Semper West. They scheduled a time to examine the issue and arrived on time. They quoted a reasonable price and were able to fit me in within several days. Not only was the vent installed but they added additional support beams to ensure its stability. The fix was quick and effective. I will use Semper again when my roof needs fixing. 9. Generally it was a positive experience, though mistakes were made and they need to return to finish the job. It appears that the job was done by a subcontractor, I thought that Semper West was going to do the work. Please let me know if I'm mistaken? 10. The project manager (Brandon) provided me a quote promptly and listed all the details and he always responds to my questions quickly. Due to an existing leak on my roof, he also helped to move my installation date to the earliest date possible. The installation crew showed up on time and finished worked on schedule. They swept and cleaned the ground and driveway. And I haven't found a single nail yet on my driveway. Very professional. Brandon came next day and took some high quality pictures of my new roof for me to work with my insurance company. Nice job! I'd certainly recommend this company for roof replacement. 13. The installation was incredibly organized and efficient. The company even did some sheetrock repair and touch up painting and re-installed our blinds. There was a slight issues with one of the sliders. Brandon, our salesperson came over and corrected the error within a few days of my notifying the company. A very positive experience overall 15.
