Since I started living in my ‘new’ house, I have had Wenbrooke come out to do quite a few things the previous owners thought they could do themselves. It may sound silly but the same two guys come every time (‘Moe’ and ‘Larry’). I have grown rather fond of these guys. They are not only friendly and easy to chat with but they know their stuff. I know them by name now (that is how much they have been out to keep things in the house right). I'm sure I could shop around and find different pricing but at this point, I do not see the need. They do not try to upsell or overcharge. They feel trustworthy. They give you a very fast response. I like that the company can handle all my home system needs (elec, AC, plumbing). I have no problem calling them for whatever I need as long as I live in this house. Jamie was great. Very fair and reasonable. Please let me save you the trouble. I've had 2nd and third opinions before I decided to choose Wenbrooke. Great same day service, questions answered, successful repair. I’m thrilled to have in my house my new Heating and air conditioning installed today. I received a text at 6:45 am that our installer was on the way. Thomas arrived by 8 and started after confirming with me what was being installed. Andy showed up not too long after. Both men worked very quietly and steadily until around 4:30. Thomas walked me through the new thermostat programming and how to use the app on my phone. He then explained what I would need to do to keep the humidifier clean when also using it with the heat. They had to slightly refigure the initial plan for the ductwork in my basement because there was not enough drop space in the ceiling but Thomas offered a suggestion if I find my basement is still not warm enough next winter. One of my ceiling tiles is permanently sagging due to a register not being installed correctly previously. Thomas offered to send someone to replace it with a new tile now that the register is properly suspended (requires special cutting for the register). Before they left, Thomas made sure I had all my questions answered and told me to contact Wenbrooke if I have any additional questions or concerns. He said someone will be contacting me to set up the time to have the ceiling tile replaced. Great experience with Thomas and Andy. I would highly recommend this company for heating and air. #15 The tech was very professional and knowledgeable. It was a great experience. Had a minor follow-up to check a small water leak in back of toilet at valve. Fast, complete service fix. Great friendly informative technician.
