Anderson Law Office highly recommends Intrepid. 2. Customer - I had a terrible experience with Intrepid Paralegal Solutions. The first communication established that communication was going to be a problem. Organizational skills, follow-through, and lack of communication internally were horribly frustrating. Four separate times I had to sign a document after I had already signed and submitted it. Despite every confirmation email, I video recorded and sent myself re-opening the original file to make them stop making me re-sign it. Then, the day my payment was withdrawn after the ongoing issues, I received an email accusing me of not sending the documents I was asked to provide. I’d already provided them weeks before the email. I provided proof of the payment and the email with the required documents attached to be entirely ignored. To this day, no resolution (apology) or acknowledgment of the company's errors. We paid upfront in full, sent everything timely, and received zero accountability and zero follow-through. Based on this experience, I would advise against saving or recommending this business in the future. Save your time, effort, and money and find a company you can rely on.
