Customer Testimonials: Outstanding UPS Store! I wasted a lot of time at other stores before finding them, and all I can say is this is easily the best UPS Store in the area. Have used them several times now, And I stay with them. Good prices, efficient, friendly, and they actually care about helping you. Highly recommend! (TM?) Favorite UPS Store. Hours are shorter, but not a problem. Fantastic owner. He cares about his customers. Employee on Sunday not so much. A few minutes before 3:00 I arrived at the store. One gentleman was already inside. As I approached the employee locked the door and went to the back room. I was floored. He looked at me and went to the back room. Another customer came up behind me. Eventually the employee had to come unlock the door to let his customer out. I said…you locked the door on me. He looked at his watch and told me it was 3:02. Well it was by then. I tried but the employee just locked the door again. The owner would never have done that. We had simple Amazon returns…. 30 seconds time tops. So….if you go on Sunday make sure you are there Well before 3:00 pm. Stopped by the UPS Store today and once again I was extremely satisfied with my service. The staff is friendly and they handle all packages with care. I go to this location daily and they have not let me down. Keep up the energy, team! Always fast and friendly! These guys were awesome! And quick. One of the best UPS store I've come across since moving to Maryland! Wonderful costumer service where they go out of their way to help you out. Excellent service. I appreciate his help! The store is very clean and the employees are very nice! Great service, love the employees, the owner of the store is very dedicated. Came in for a drop-off today and was in and out in no time. Super quick and efficient service! Every time I come in, I get prompt and friendly service. Even when there is a long line, things move quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend this location for all your needs. Worst experience ever. The management here needs a wake up call. I have 2 laptops worth thousands of dollars sent by my company. The website says it got delivered to the access point. When I tried to pick up, they were not there. Apparently, the driver for some reason decided to take them to another ride with other packages and I am supposed to go back on Monday. Terrible logistic, waste of time and gas, I am getting behind on my projects. Absolutely horrible. Will never use UPS for delivery again. Very competent and helpful staff.
