Customer Feedback Summary 1. I visited Bon Voyage back in October of 2025 and had a bad experience. The so-called nurse, who was her assistant, taped me before the sculpting process and then taped me again after the sculpting. Mind you, the second time she taped me, all she did was tighten up my waist with the tape just to make it look like the procedure worked. When I went home and actually taped myself, I realized that she lied. So that was the first red flag. The second red flag was on my way out the door; I didn’t see any medical degree or medical certificates on the wall. All I saw was finance accounting, business, and education degrees/certifications. So, that means the person actually running this scam is great at scamming people into believing that this is legit. They basically freeze your fat and then give you a needle to stick yourself. Ladies and gentlemen, exercise three to four days a week and watch what you eat, and you’ll be fine. I highly wouldn’t recommend this, and they got the nerve to be conducting this business literally right beside a church. Nah, I’m good. 2. Excellent service, the specialist was wonderful, the facilities are very nice and clean. I’m leaving very happy — outstanding service. 100% recommended 4. Went in for my first session today. Technician was nice. But there was definitely a breakdown in communication somewhere. Before paying my deposit I was assured via phone I was getting my stomach and my back treated. I received a text saying in addition I’d receive a mini cryofacial for neck. Upon arriving I was told just stomach and neck would be done which was disappointing as my bigger issue is my back but I went ahead and did it as the neck was included and that’s a problem area too. After treating my stomach I was told all the time was spent on my stomach and I wouldn’t be getting neck. Which I thought was weird as I mentioned to my technician in advance I would not have continued if it was just my stomach. I have been especially pleased with the results of Cryoskin and the "skinny shots" treatments. I drive almost 2 hours to come here, so that says a lot! I highly recommend their services! 11.
