Lack of communication all the way through only for me to have to call a handful of times to see what’s going on with the case. Then only for them to tell me that they can’t assist me further because it’s a word of mouth! Between the two insurance companies. WTH I’m so upset. I could’ve just gone through my insurance, now I’m lost as to if I will be responsible for the fees. I’m already out of $1k deductible I had to pay to get my car repaired. A definite no go for these people. Poor communication throughout the process, changes lawyers 3 times, and several months ago I was advised it was moving to their team that handles lawsuits and never heard anything back. Worst experience. No communication, change lawyers 3 times!!! Several months ago advised it moving to the litigation team and never heard anything. Nobody will return an email or answer the phone calls. Simple accident case and still they haven't settled anything. I don't even know if they’re still my attorneys!
