About this business

Ingerman & Horwitz, LLP's Customer Feedback: 1. I have delayed this for too long. This law firm and David Jackson intend to get paid only if you win the SSDI case. They act like the black birds that scavenge dead animals on the road. They were not of any help and did not present my case well. I believe my chances were better without them. I talked to David Jackson just a week prior to the hearing. I felt unprepared and exposed. He did very little and did not utilize the evidence I had. X-rays could have helped but he dismissed them as inadmissible. I offered to pay for the independent medical evaluation, but they declined. My case was lost, probably due to their incompetence. 2. They have not followed up even after several calls and emails. I had to use my medical insurance because their Salisbury paralegal failed to contact the company's insurance carrier. Terrible service; avoid this firm. 4. It's been three months since my work injury surgery, and there has been no communication. This has been frustrating and disappointing.
