Ashcraft & Gerel, LLP Customer Feedback Reviews: Extremely disappointing. Hired this firm for my teenage daughter's automotive accident case. She had significant injuries, missed school, and I missed work. They secured less than the bare minimum needed to compensate us, under $2,000, as she was a passenger. This outcome took them months to communicate. 1-2 days before Christmas, I received a text saying there was less than $250 left of her claim. As of today, weeks later, that $250 has not made it to my account. Wire transfers are instant, why are we waiting for this? Lawyers make us feel like they are more interested in their interests than ours. Very disheartening but not surprising. I will never use their services again. While I did receive a settlement, which I have been waiting on for over a year or more, I signed the papers several weeks ago for my check and no response from this law firm. They get paid weekly. They should be able to pay their bills, but I'm homeless, so I need my money immediately. Why are they keeping people waiting for so long and not returning calls or emails? It is ridiculous! I will never use Ashcraft & Gerel, LLP again. Excellent Ashcraft and Gerel handled my case professionally from start to finish. I am thankful for their sound advice and fast settlement. A+ My case was a workman's comp case. Mine was a little unique because I had just been hired and feared losing my job when I got hurt. And now I am now living with indefinite restrictions. It took a couple of months before I got the courage to contact Ashcraft & Gerel with my concerns and fears. I was in a tough place, and Jamie Karek, Betty Slayton, and the Ashcraft team were a great support and emotionally helped me. Jamie was good at each challenge that we faced, and her course of action was executed with professionalism. She did not sit on her hands, and was quick to respond when needed.
