Shery was excellent with clarification about some loads I’m having issues with. Definitely shery is very professional and makes bobtail exemptional for anyone needing factoring. I recommend Shery from bobtail for sure 3. Call services are AI agents. They should hire humans! 4. Bobtail is possibly the best factoring firm in the industry. I adore the reassurance Jen, Shery, and eric provide. They will combat shady dealers for your money and clarify everything that is going on step by step. And if you get in a jam, they will work with you. 5. Shery made my experience with Bobtail Capital exceptional. Shery was professional, knowledgeable, and very attentive to every detail from the start. He was always there to answer my questions, kept me updated and organized throughout the process, and made everything smooth and pain-free. His genuine commitment to providing excellent customer service set him apart. He was responsive, dedicated, and willing to go the extra mile for his clients. Big word, if you mind yourself and made mistake and start to factoring with them like us, just say that every word they told you is a lie. The next day they will say another thing. Not paying to the carriers even approved the broker. right now we are rebuying the invocies from them because this is the worst experience you can have with factoring ever. If you respect yourself. I have been stuck with TAFS factoring for the last 3 years and Bobtail helped me get out of the contract! All invoices are all paid within 24 hours! Would def recommend. NO CONTRACT, what else do you need? They force you to do business with them. when you didn't even completed the application. ajawad (Aj) and Mohammedan are the worst. Gives you the run around and does not answer questions. Now i have a UCC. When I never even use them 12. Terrible 13. I am referred by a friend about Bobtail that their factoring service very efficients tanning others. it’s a great company and they always put the best foot forward for whatever there might be an issue to resolve.
