His assistant mannerism shows unprofessional conduct and she is also unequipped with the right skillset basically leads to an unfavorable outcome. I would recommend an alternative firm that is willing to cooperate and maintain professionalism. -1/5? It took a while but everything came out positive and Mr. Cooper made sure I was taken care of. Definitely recommend.8.
