Because of another person's negligence, my husband's life has changed forever and all our lawyer could say is "The car insurance company doesn't like this case because it doesn't fit the cookie cutter mold." After several years of this case being open, I can count on one hand how many times he has actually applied an ounce of effort to communicate with us. Its going on 50hrs and now a holiday weekend. Really needed to speak to a attorney that day and stopped calling law firms when i was told id be getting a call back. Still waiting for return call.8. They are professional when they needed to be, but also they really care about the people they represent.
