Here is the feedback I have for Stacey and her staff regarding their services. I have put the negative first and then the positive ones so that you can appreciate the efforts Stacey and her staff have put in. I have two negative and two positive comments.The content is natural like a company description. Customer feedback summary This is the worst attorney I have ever dealt with. They don’t return phone calls they don’t return emails and they didn’t do our paperwork correctly I’ve been waiting for over a month to hear back from them. Don’t go here:( I just needed a simple document, a Lady Bird deed, so that if my mom passed away, Medicaid could not do an estate recovery. After a couple more calls and 5 weeks later, nothing. My mom passed away Monday. I wasted precious time waiting that I will forever regret. Had to put 1 star to post, 0 what they deservr Professional, concerned, and kind. They became an extension of our family. I highly recommend Stacey and her staff! Stacey's office repeatedly went above and beyond the normal "service" expected from an estate planning attorney. Great people! Excellent took time to explain everything and answer all my questions. Would highly recommend for anyone who is looking for a knowledgeable elder law attorney
