There is not enough that I can say about this attorney!! I was going through a contentious divorce when I felt the weakest and the lowest in my life, and he gave me hope, reassurance and compassion. My previous attorney who I spent thousands did NOTHING in my case. I was referred to him by a friend of a now very close friend. But after I hired him, I was amazed by how many people in my community knew him!! He was respected, and his knowledge and expertise were mind-blowing. That's what made him different from other attorneys; he was real. No sugarcoating, he tells you how it is and that's a quality I highly respected. Even the judges and staff know him well! I don't want to hear comforting words; I want to hear the course of action needed. He did exactly that. I paid half of what I spent on the "overpriced and overrated" attorney who did nothing, and he did four times the work. He's doesn’t nickel and dime you. Postage, letters, phone calls, he didn’t charge me those. I don't need comforting; I need immediate, effective, and efficient action, and that’s what you did. He's not in for the money; he's in for the passion, and it shows. He solved my case within months, and I got my kids, and they are happy and healthy again. Very unorganized and overpriced. My divorce cost $10,000 and my ex-wife’s Free lawyer took him to the cleaners. His office is a mess. It's like walking back in the 1970s. There are stacks of papers on the couches, and he is pretty much computer illiterate; one of my court dates, he had another customer's file instead of mine, and when I corrected him, he was extremely rude and condescending. I had a panic attack right in his office. You have probably dealt with this kind of stress in your life and for someone who is supposed to help you, it is not a good feeling. He is older but looks way older than he is because he drinks probably two six-packs of beer every night. One of the court dates he had another file out with another client's name. When I told him it was wrong he got snappy and got a handful of food that was on his messy desk and threw it at me, it was like a smorgasbord of junk food and he called me fat. It gave me a panic attack. After that, I lost it and left. It made me lose faith in the courts, I have an expensive divorce and now I have to go through it again with a real attorney. I will never recommend this attorney, as a matter of fact, I will do quite the opposite, I was treated like trash for the money I paid. I hope someone else writes a bad review about him too, so more people know how terrible he is. The absolute best!! Very professional and to the point and isn’t a money grabber like a lot of attorneys, I would highly recommend Mr. Brand for any friend of the court cases or divorces. One of the most beautiful places that makes Arabic sweets. This lawyer is excellent at what he does! Very professional attorney. Highly recommend Mr. Brand for any legal needs.
