Levan Road Veterinary Hospital Customer Comments 1. Our 9 year aussie mixed started limping around. Called late in the day. They said they would have a spot for her tomorrow. Called the next morning had appointment in within a hour. Dr. Cathy great gal and had my Peppers back. Subscribed some pills. After just half a pill that night. Pepperdog is like a new dog. She also said time for a diet. Got to give kudos to her assistant too. Pepper said thank you Dr.Cathy and the whole Levan vet staff.2. Was able to get a really fast appointment in! Thank gosh Because my dog needs his monthly heartworm medicine.3. This office told us our dog would be better after 3 days. We told them that we couldn’t afford a ton of treatment for a 13 1/2 year old dog. Expensive fluid treatments still continued for 2 weeks bleeding us of cash and going into debt. We never wanted to go into debt saving a 13 1/2 year old dog but they continued with costly tests. Our dog was so horribly ill but they bled us of finances to build their business I suppose. Our dog suffered so much with treatment that was torture only to have to put her down because she was so sick. Upon arrival for her euthanasia appointment we were expected to be in the room while they put her down which was too emotionally painful for us. It was as if it wasn’t a choice. When we explained that we were emotionally drained from watching our dog suffer we were given a guilt trip that it was for her and that she really needed her owners present at the time of death which as a sensitive person was a terrible thing. We have not experienced that before with other pets, other offices and personnel have been much more compassionate and respectful of our grief and grieving process. Still crying over our sweet Ariel, and the insensitivity of what happened here4. This office told us our dog would be better after 3 days. I called and got right in the next morning because of a cancellation! Dr Mosher was so good with him...checked him over thoroughly and watched the videos I took of his episodes! The Tech Autumn was awesome with him! He was so upset and she was trying her best to keep him calm and happy! Waiting for results, but everyone at Levan Rd Vet made us feel more comfortable with what is going on! Thank you so much!8. One of the peple at the front desk were just horrible to me on Aug. 7, 2025. Their tiny parking lot was full when I pulled in, so I parked on the side of the bldg. & carried my 30lb sick dog all the way to the door (it was 90° & sunny & the pavement was HOT!) I had been ill (asthma) all day, but my dog desperately needed his allergy shot. When it was time to leave, I carried him back to the car, but someone was parked blocking me in. I had to carry him all the way back inside where I asked about the car parked in the aisle, and I was publicly scolded and humiliated for parking in the "employees only" area & told I would have to wait because the person parked there was there for euthanasia. I have had to park on the side in the past because there were no open spots & there is no sign forbidding it! In fact, a vet & tech told me last time I was welcome to leave by the side door since I was parked close by! The person at the front desk made a point of loudly telling me 3 TIMES that the person parked there was there for euthanasia, making me look bad in front of everyone in the office & waiting room. I was exhausted & sick & just wanted to go home with my sick, anxious dog, but we sat & waited. When I was finally allowed to leave, as I was walking out the door, she sarcastically said "YOU'RE WELCOME!!!" If this is how they think it is OK to treat seniors with sick dogs there, I will certainly never go back.10. This is the best veterinary office we have used to care for our cats. We have four senior cats who often need to be seen sooner than later and they always manage to find space to fit us in for an appointment at the last minute. We so appreciate the level of care we receive and also appreciate all of the vet techs.11. I can’t say enough good things about the doctors, techs and staff at Levan Rd Veterinary Hospital. When my dog developed a serious medical condition recently, I found their depth of knowledge, care, and genuine compassion so reassuring. It was obvious that we had come to the right place for treatment. Once my dog’s immediate needs were addressed, discussion turned to additional treatment options. While we saw several of the doctors over the course of his treatment, we saw Dr. Kulinski most often. She patiently listened to my concerns and answered my questions as I weighed our treatment options. Because my dog had an open wound, we had to return to the clinic so that it could be monitored, cleaned, and re-bandaged. I was genuinely touched by how gentle and caring the vet techs were and how they talked to my dog as if he was their own. They always let me know how the wound was looking and what I needed to do at home. While all of the vet techs are awesome, I have to give a special shout-out to Denise for her calming influence on my dog and for sharing tips that made it easier for me to manage his care at home. I’m happy to say that my dog is doing much better now, and I’m so grateful for the caring professionals that made that possible. If you’re looking for quality care for your pet, I highly recommend Levan Rd. Veterinary Clinic.12. I absolutely love this vet. It’s not close to me but well worth the drive. They truly have great care for your pets. The girls working here at the front desk and back are so kind but especially Spencer. She goes way over and beyond being helpful, sweet, kind, and patient. I’ve actually never seen a worker like her before. She may have been one of the kindest people I’ve ever met and I would be stealing her to work at my business if I had one! She has a huge huge heart and gets happiness from making people smile and being helpful. What a truly a unique and special person, especially for this day and age. Thank you Spencer!!13. I absolutely love this vet. It’s not close to me but well worth the drive. They truly have great care for your pets. After decades of providing my trust, loyalty and many pets to Levan Road Vet. I am devastated and hurt by the DISTURBING, and unprofessional service provided to my dog for a simple check up. We were welcomed by a tense and unwelcoming staff that did not care about my pet. It got worse. Dr. Kulinski had no words accept for me to pull my dogs ear and mouth up so she could say nothing. I got charged for an exam that wasn"t complete. . Also, DO NOT EVER LET DENISE TOUCH YOUR PET. When my puppy was brought out of surgery and I was looking forward to picking him up...she said he is so bad, what a bad dog he growled at me. Who wouldn't growl at that! Also, the next time she argued that he wouldn't let him cut his nails. Very disappointing. The next vet had no problem. My dog behaved better than them. Steer clear and be aware15. The most friendly, helpful, and supportive vet we’ve ever experienced. We have found our forever vet.
