Customer feedback summary:
As a storage and u-haul facility in town, I called, thinking they might know where to find or rent out a rug doctor out here. The lady was very very rude about it when I asked, practically calling me stupid and hung up. I would not suggest going to them for anything especially if they can't seem to politely answer a simple question. The U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer is also a storage and U-Haul facility in town. I called, thinking they may know where to find or rent out Rug Doctor out here. The lady was very very rude about it when I asked, practically called me stupid and hung up. My husband and I rented the smallest trailer to bring stuff back home to Mesick where we live from Arizona where we were vacationing. This was our drop-off place. Little did we know that this was going to be such an issue. So there is no actual office for U-haul. The same people who own the Mushroom Cap Hotel run the U-haul office. We didn't know that because we are not psychic. There are no signs, just a building with an un-shoveled entrance. We looked around and nobody was there that we could find. We parked the trailer and took pics to prove we left it, went home and I called the number to let someone know. Thinking this was the right thing to do, the rude man who answered the phone basically said we probably left it right in the way, we didn't. He said I probably blocked the road!!! What?? Then he hung up on me. This is extremely unprofessional!! This place has no business being in business. My husband and I went to talk to him. After looking around again for an office, my husband went into the hotel next door to inquire. The man who I spoke to on the phone was there and extremely rude to my husband too. We will never do business with this place again! I wouldn't recommend the hotel either. The hotel office was run down and shabby looking. I'm offended and angry that a local business would treat locals this bad!! I would give this place zero if I could.
