Consumer Review: Description: I was impressed My company had a large contractual dispute with a very powerful and intimidating entity. I tried to communicate with them many times and they ignored me and only responded once to suggest that they may come after me for potentially hundreds of thousands of dollars. After I hired Saif, his phone calls and letters got their attention and they started negotiating immediately. He found all of the weaknesses from their side, and we went into negotiations with a lot of leverage. Seeing him at the negotiating table with the associate general counsel in the office of that company's headquarters impressed me even more. He was unflinching despite their attempts to intimidate him and how stubborn the company was for several months. I never had to pay them a penny since I hired him and he negotiated a settlement that was precisely what my company asked for. We couldn't have been happier and I recommend Saif Kasmikha and his firm with the highest confidence. I will definitely retain his services again if needed. I have already recommended him to others.
