She didn’t greet me, offered zero courtesy, and acted like helping a customer was an inconvenience. The staff are already unhelpful and rude, but what really shocked me was the woman who claimed to be the owner on Wednesday morning, 10/2, at 8:30am. No smile, no “good morning,” no basic courtesy—just a terrible attitude. If she really is the owner, that’s even worse. And if she’s not, then hopefully the actual owners will talk to her about learning some customer service skills and stop being rude to everyone who walks in. We are ultimately phasing out our warehouse operation. - The speed and quality of the packaging and service! The UPS Store takes the hassle out of returning stuff.
