Mean, rude accusatory, does not return phone calls, seeks ways to aid the apposing side. It's clear to this observer why he's a public defender and must be given clients. Can't imagine anyone in their right mind hiring this man for anything let alone a lawyer or defender of ones rights. Stay clear at all costs. 8.
