Issues Encountered They made two major mistakes on my estate plan. One would have resulted in my family getting much less inheritance as opposed to charitable organizations. The other error occurred when I designated funds to go to a specific charity, but they wrote down a completely different charity with a similar name that I had never heard of. They did fix the errors and said that "they wouldn't charge me for the changes." They weren't changes, they were errors that they made that needed to be corrected. Overall Experience Thorough, prompt, and extremely experienced. Recommendation I strongly recommend Matt Guttman of Guttman Law. I have worked with Matt for years and am grateful for his care, understanding, and guidance. The proof of Matt's care and competence was clear when everything was set up for my mother when she had to go into hospice. The Hospice nurses stated that they had very rarely seen a family that had everything so well put together to be able to face that season without the added stress of paperwork.
