Most clients, I presume MoreLaw often hosts informative CLE courses at the property. clearly enjoyed. I've been a tenant at MoreLaw Minneapolis for almost ten years. It's a fantastic legal community. They only rent to attorneys along with other professionals in the legal career. We have some excellent attorneys here, and they're delightful neighbors and colleagues. MoreLaw creates a community by vetting future tenants and allowing present tenants to participate in the screening process. MoreLaw looks for positive additions to the community when they're screening. They are very diligent about it, and they have a personal touch, getting to know everyone as individuals. We did not have a lot of tenant turnover when I started in 2011. Pre Covid, this was a very vibrant community. I expect we will get back to personalities once this pandemic is over. At our new building, MoreLaw has been proactive in meeting tenant needs, installing hand sanitizers, etc., and they have the technology and equipment to set up each of their four large conference rooms as Zoom hubs for court appearances and mediations, which is fantastic. This is by far the best office set-up I've ever experienced for my solo practice. It's also the most convenient location, just blocks from the Hennepin County Government Center, The Family Justice Center, The Juvenile Justice Center, and connected by skyway to the federal Courthouse.
