Client Experience Recap: 1. ANYONE WOULD EXPECT A PROFESSIONAL PAINTER TO HAVE THE RIGHT KNOWLEDGE!  None of the weather stripping or perimeter seal around the garage doors should ever have been painted, as it causes the material to curl back, leaving an approximate half-inch gap all around the garage door. This gap allows air, sunlight, dirt, wind, and bugs to enter the garage and potentially mice to enter and affect the perimeter. The association and the surrounding units have been waiting for a year for this fix to this error by the painter. We are seriously upset and disappointed that Jason has blown this off. Additionally, it is not a wait until there is more damage and costs, as it now affects four other units and will continue to affect all other units if not fixed immediately. Their is a HUGE breakdown of communication between your company and your employees that no hablo English and we are told as homeowners not to talk to them. That means the work is not done correctly and will ruin all other units in our association.1. Exterior painting of 2 story house with siding repair and 2 car metal garage.  All was completed and done properly and professionally. Was always kept informed of progress.2.
