Priority Plumbing & Drains Customer Comments 1. I just wanted to literally write an email. As he was leaving my neighborhood, my neighbor was 2 cars behind him. When he turned onto a 40-mph road, my neighbor saw him race to get ahead of approximately 20 cars merging into one lane. My neighbor thought he was going 65. He was right next to the 1st car in line and bullied his way into 1st place! In Lakeville, MN last Friday. 2. Just wanted to say that Priority Plumbing & Drains is a stand-up company that provides good honest service. 3. Priority was able to come in on pretty short notice to install shower valves, vanity sinks, toilets, dishwashers, gas ranges and water heaters at a Triplex property in Minneapolis. They were punctual, professional, friendly guys; and the pricing structure of their quote for the work was clearly laid out and fairly priced. They also had licensing for both plumbing and mechanical: so were able to do the install on the gas range which saved me some time in finding an additional contractor. They did great work for me and I would reccomend them to others! 4. Great problem-solving – Bravo! You did a fantastic job with quick response time when I had no water in the house. ¡Muchas gracias! Definitely will use them again. 5. Called to see if there were any openings to be able to come out and look at an issue with a leaky sink. When all other local businesses indicated that they were 2 weeks out for service calls… Priority Plumbing was able to show up within the hour to check things out. Fast and friendly service. No unnecessary repairs were suggested. Thanks! 6. These people do not know what the word professionalism means. Had to do the same job 3 times, made huge mess, did not clean up, left lights on, doors unlocked, and their "job" left us with a flooded basement, hours of cleanup, and they did not respond to our calls for help when their work failed, and water was POURING in from the pipes they "fixed." AVOID these people. They are unprofessional, have zero manners, and do not do proper work. 7. Mike does excellent work for affordable prices. He's transparent and an enjoyable guy. Happy I found a plumber that I can rely on and trust! They were quick, clean and professional. Highly recommend these guys!! 8. Pleasure doing business with you, great guys and lots of fun as well. They do it right.
