1. I had another divorce lawyer before Martha, but this man was more of a mediator. I needed someone who could stand up for me without being mean. It is a hard line to walk. I wanted to have the best relationship with my ex as possible, but there were also things that needed to be resolved. Martha was able to balance that very well.
