My colleague and I were greeted at the front door, and we noticed our names up on your display monitor. That was a pleasant personal touch! Ken was very informative during our quick tour and presentation of how your broadcasts are produced. He was knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. We learned about your video production and even got to practice with the newscaster's desk. We then had a marketing meeting that was brief, concise, and good. The options and strategies provided were amazing. We were given a framed photo "souvenir" to remember our meeting.
