I must say working with MLT group has been nothing but disappointing. I must also note that after a great dog and pony show of empty promises, our web site is still not fully functioning after more than a year. They even asked me (I know very little about computers) to fix/enter data on a domain server site to hopefully fix a problem and not having a clue what really to do by one of the partners of MLT! Unfortunately our web site problems are still not fixed and lots of money and time has been wasted no thanks to MLT Group. DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THEM!We chose to use MLT for building and hosting our new website because they were a local business. As MLS pitched its services, we were promised many things as we explained the requirements. Everything was "we can do that" and "no problem" during the exploratory phase. Unexpected expenses started adding up during the build; costs that were not explained up front or costs that MLT did not expect in incur so they were passed along to us. Years of troubles, anguish, and regret passed. Pieces of the site would randomly stop working, and we were charged to get things back to normal again. At one-point MLT’s servers were hacked, however we were not offered any credit for the lengthy downtime. Following the hack, a “security service upgrade” was added to the monthly fees. Nothing was ever done just for the sake of good business or to provide a positive consumer experience. Nickel and diming us all along was typical to maintain our subpar website. Upon departing ways with MLT we were asked if we wanted the website’s files, a seemingly good business gesture. But as we should have expected, charges for this were undisclosed and an invoice showed up. We never received the website we ultimately wanted because MLT couldn’t provide the services promised without exorbitant additional costs. In the end we used a national company that was familiar with our industry and our experience has been overwhelmingly better. MLT Group was amazing to work with! Mike did the transfer and he let me know when it was ready. Both Mike and Tyler were very helpful and friendly. My DVD turned out great and I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again. They ask good scoping questions on the front end of a project to fully understand what is needed so that they can provide accurate information both to us (time to develop, est. cost) and their development teams to ensure the project is done right the first time.
