Unprofessional and lacking the empathy needed to deal with bankruptcy situations. She will take your money and not file everything she is supposed nor do everything she’s supposed to do. Now my family has to spend more money correcting her mistakes. Leaving us in a worse financial position than when we hired her. I have reviews from across the country because I travel for work and personal. The other low reviews under this business they have Google remove. I live in Florissant. My spouse was their client years ago. He doesn’t do reviews. (they had my last two reviews removed) and we are now finding out everything was not done correctly. Adam and Kim made me feel good about my situation and we’re very professional…. i’m so glad i chose them to handle a very difficult situation i was in. they made it better for me than i expected… i would highly recommend them for their service I recently took my grandmother to this law firm to learn more about filing for bankruptcy. We were greeted by Adam, who was very welcoming and professional. However, once we met with Ms.Baro it was a completely different shift in professionalism. She was rude, super invasive, and just overall not a nice person. I understand the need to be honest and forthcoming with information but this lady was downright rude from her demeanor to body language. She was so rude and annoying to the point where we just stopped talking to her and advised her we would do our business elsewhere and left. She just shrugged her shoulder like an ok fine get out then type of attitude, (like we were wasting her time) and I was appalled at the fact that a lawyer someone who went to school behaved the way she did. After leaving this office we called another law office, in Clayton and scheduled a meeting and attended and it was way more professional and productive. I recommend going where your met with respect not with Baro Law Firm, unless you're just going to deal with Adam he was great! But not Ms.Baro! Their is a thing called professionalism, and Mrs Baro didn't display that on the afternoon when we walked into her office. Maybe the people who worked with her and gave her good reviews are people SHE actually wanted to work with. That wasn't the experience we had with her. She was nasty,rude, and unapologetic about it. Of course lawyers are suppose to be honest and forthcoming when sharing their knowledge about laws. However, there is a way to do everything and she was just rude. Their is no excuse for her behavior! She can post any response,trying to defend herself which is fine. It still doesn't take away from the fact that she picks and choose who SHE wants to be nice to. And apparently on the day we came she decided for whatever reason to be a rude mean old snobby lady!!.( I will keep the real word that better suits her to myself however it rhymes with witch) .. Ms Kim helped walk me through the traumas of a Bankruptcy. She was straight forward and very matter of fact, which I appreciated. She kept me informed every step of the way. When there were unexpected delays, requests, issues, Ms Kim and her staff went to bat for me. She took the sting out of this daunting process. I was able to get through it. Even though I have to rebuild my credit life, she made the whole process seem worthwhile. If you need anything surrounding a chapter 7/13 bankruptcy, I highly recommend Ms Kim Baro of Baro Law Firm.
