We requested a refund and he gave 3/4 of it back, and from then on, my son is still waiting. He promised to conduct a private review before anyone else, claiming that it has been a waste of time. He is not straightforward in his dealings. Do NOT RECOMMEND I cannot say enough about Nancy. I had a licensing renewal problem in Kansas and needed to rectify the situation, leaving the State of Missouri. Within a few hours, Nancy identified an unpaid ticket from 2008 crucial to the ordeal.
