We live to create, learn, and improve. We see the world differently—both as it is and as it could be. We use every tool we have to transform the present into the future we are designing. Architecture is more than the physical building; it is also how people encounter and feel the spaces we create. We demand more from our design and construction processes, so we can improve the lives and communities of the people who use them. We began this journey in 2018 with a clear goal: to improve 1.5 million families' lives by 2028. While the journey has not always been easy, we have made the right steps each day to achieve our objectives. Our team has shared key moments, big wins, and tough lessons along the way. To date, we have reached 916,355 families—one project at a time.
