An independent, creative idea company that believes today's consumer must be understood better than anyone—this is the only way a brand can be built. We have a deep understanding of strong retention categories, consumer-packaged goods, financial services, and restaurants. Strong brands in travel/tourism, retail, healthcare, and healthcare. Our commitment to modern consumer awareness sets us apart from other agencies. A decade ago, we joined forces with Boston Consulting Group to learn about millennials and Gen Z. The findings pointed to an impending change in sales methods. As younger demographics change, the choices and habits of the older generation do too. These findings revealed the multi-generational group of modern shoppers we understand today. This informs how we approach brands. We published our first book, scratch: How to build a modern brand from the inside out, as an introduction to our Whole Brand Thinking (TM) brand-building approach. Each organization's actions represent the brand. A narrative of our dedication to creating a better brand each day. Creating it was pleasurable. This is the first part.
 
This review is an excellent one and has been exemplified by the ad agency but had a large focus on the culture of the company and the people that worked there.
