Denise Kirby Law Offices Denise earned her Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center in 1994. She is licensed to practice law in Missouri and Kansas. The president of my organizations, the Missouri Society for Criminal Justice and Missouri DWI Defense Institute, and the co-chair of the Bernie Edelman DWI Law & Science Seminar . The biggest DUI training seminar in Missouri, the Bernie Edelman DWI Law & Science Seminar, is held each Summer, and over 300 DWI attorneys attend. I am one of five members of the MACDL DWI Committee, have been a member of the MACDL Board of Directors, and have previously served as Director of the Missouri Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. My organizations are the Missouri Society for Criminal Justice and Missouri DWI Defense Institute. The Missouri DWI Institute’s Summer Series is a DWI training seminar that trains attorneys how to effectively defend DWI cases. It is organized by the Missouri DWI Institute, and I am the co-chair of the seminar.
