McCollum Injury Law Firm Customer Reviews 1. Communication Haven't heard from the office in Months Jan2023 Julie the paralegal sent a text stating she is no longer with the firm. Before then I kept getting the run around and excuses on why the attorney couldn't speak to me. Everything was hes in court, hes sick, he just had a set of twins, oh hes still in negotiation with thr other insurance carrier. Run dont go to this firm... terrible decision. David did not retire He "VOLUNTARILY" SURRENDERED his law license after he took his clients checks and cashed them without they knowledge. He forged documents etc. 2. Retirement David has retired and turned over all open cases to another attorney. 3. Communication problem Someone can please explain what's going on in here. I have similar situation. There's 0 communication with the firm. Lawyer just disappeared, I'm just thinking that he passed away or is very sick. It's really weird that I lawyer do this and I'm assuming the paralegal just quit due to the burden she had since she was the only one answering for the firm. If someone knows more information please share it with us, all this is really a mystery. I'm honestly don't know what I should do in this case and what happens with our private information. 4.
