Customer Experience Summary: Karen is a star!!! She is very knowledgeable and thoroughly explains any tax charges. We have never had a problem in the years that my husband and I have been going to her. Appointments are straightforward and she is always available in case I need any clarification. You can do everything online if you want. I feel comfortable working with Karen. She is located near downtown my home and she is very convenient. 2. Very comfortable and pleasant as ever. Customer Experience: I had a disappointing and frustrated experience with H&R Block this year. I filed my taxes around April 2025 with Tax Pro Sukanya Chidambaram. I paid nearly $400 for the service. Despite several follow-ups through email and messages, I received no or minimal response, which made me very frustrated. Additionally, I subscribed to H&R Block “Peace of Mind” service to see if it would offer extra assurance. Unfortunately, this ended up stressing me more and I felt unsupported during such a critical period. I expected better communication and accountability for the premium I paid. Call my text sir text papers were very difficult due to job issue my text professional Duane cotton was awesome he was polite courteous very knowledgeable the whole team there was this great I had moved W2 on my phone and they had to switch it over I had trouble getting it printed another co-worker came over helped out teamwork yeah team works great there Mariah was great there everybody's happy smiling faces they make you feel very comfortable they understand your situation they explain things and easy easy language so everyone can understand I had a great experience and I will always go back to h&r block on dorsett in Maryland Heights Missouri and once again thank you Mr Dwayne cotton for all your help and your efforts I appreciate you your number one13.
