Client Feedback Summary:1. Ashley was willing to advocate for me at every step, never made me feel pressured, and I ended up finding my dream home under my budget. I would highly recommend Ashley, she is amazing at what she does and her clients are very lucky to have her (like us!)2. I have worked with a lot of realtors and Ashley was by far the best one I've worked with. I had a huge list of needs, a tight budget, and no knowledge of the neighborhoods or area. Ashley met all of this criteria with grace and confidence. Ashley is willing to fight for you, she is willing to advocate for you, she is willing to understand your wants/needs and help you filter out the things you didn't really need. She was very responsive and kept me updated through every step of the process (I was purchasing from a few states away).3. I knew I wanted to write this review even before we got to the closing table. Ashley was extremely attentive, always available to bounce ideas off of, and she didn't sugarcoat what the timeline we had to work with. Ashley understood this was a big step for us and that our attitudes/fears about our biggest purchase shouldn't be taken lightly. She is genuine, professional, and good at what she does.4. We were moving cross country and didn’t know the area and at first, it took us a while to figure out what we wanted and needed in a new house/neighborhood of a coastal town. Ashley was beyond patient with us and was so helpful teaching us about the different areas on the coast. She was always responsive and flexible with scheduling showings as we had a one year old at the time. Waiting for closing to happen was the most difficult for me, but once it happened it felt so real. We are so lucky we got connected with Ashley because she helped us purchase our dream home, in our dream neighborhood, at our dream price. We could not be happier!!! (purchased in March 2020 in Wilmington, NC.) Recommended.5. Alicant was awesome and really the reason for all of stars.
