Customer Feedback Review Planet Fitness 1. Positive 2. Thought the attendant was abrupt when I asked about memberships bc it didnt specify day passes on the website. I called and the person hung up on me 3. I like the feel of this gym. It's quiet, especially in the morning- about 7. It's suitable for someone who prefers peace while working out. 4. I am from out of state, so I stopped in here, but I had trouble finding my barcode in the app. When I asked the employee at the counter for help, he was glued to his phone and was not ready to offer any form of help. So rude and dismissive. I asked the same question three times, and he still didn't answer. I didn't get the help I needed from him. His co-worker noticed this and assisted me. Coworker=kind, helpful. The first employee came across as rude, dismissive, uninterested in customer service. 5. Love this place!! worker's are friendly and available for all your needs!! just a fun and accessible place to workout!! 8. I love this place!! The gym offers leisure materials and the workers are very supportive of all the needs of the customers. They are friendly, kindly, and helpful when they are needed. A clean and beautiful environment is created. I love aproaching the gym for more exercises. 9. Positive 10. The bathrooms and showers in the gym are all dirty. The showers are not functional 11. Positive 12. It is inappropriate to announce that this location is not secure for truck parking. Is that even allowed? Kindly delete this comment and notify me immediately. Thank you.
