Bulman Jones & Cook Bulman, Jones & Cook does good work when they do it. They seem to be very busy, but, maybe too busy. When I first meet with them they sounded friendly, motivated, and proactive. Later I found if I don’t constantly drive them nothing gets done. I’m lost in the shuffle of clients. Frequently, things are completed last minute and have often been very low quality, though the quality has improved over time. Communication is low. If I don’t reach out I rarely hear anything. I feel like my case is not a priority to get done. My attorney often sounds like he is running from task to task all day. He probably is since he has a heavy load. But this also means he does not pay attention to my requests. Years go by and things don’t get done. Requests are forgotten. If you can get them to do the work it will be good.
