Customer Feedback Summary: Not recommended! My experience has been that I would never recommend anyone use this firm for any closing work. Please run away, find any other lawyer at this point. Disgusted and Disappointed My experience has been this: I reached out to them to perform a closing as I am using a bank in Georgia and I am required to pick my own attorney. I found someone local and didn't do to much searching. I figure it was a simple enough process? I guess not, in their mind. I gave them everything they asked for on day one, and they seemed responsive enough. As soon as they submitted information to my lender, the lender had several issues with what they submitted and needed corrections. When I reached out to the lawyer to see if they could get those done as it had already been a long process with the bank so far, they were extremely rude to me for no reason. I apologized if I was saying they were taking too long, I meant the overall process. They never responded or apologized. The bank was trying to talk with someone and they would not get on the phone or give an exact contact. After the bank then sent the items that needed correcting, the attorney refused a few and then was extremely rude about others. They are just not nice people and not at all helpful. My lender told me they couldn't not work under the lawyers strict and odd requirements so I was forced to use another attorney, who has been extremely helpful and nice! Now I am getting phone calls, emails, texts, as well as the bank that I owe the terrible law firm $650 for wasting my time, being rude, and not helpful at all. I wonder if they could line item those costs... Just a waste of time. Im sure they will respond with soenthing about me or the bank... but the new attorney and bank have been working perfectly together. This attorney also said he has heard this in thr past from this law firm once again, look elsewhere and don't sign anything until you have exhausted all other options. I hate leaving bad reviews, and try to leave good ones when they deserve it, but it was hard for me to not leave this one. Not recommended! They do the work you hire them for but ...used them for a closing that was delayed a week, which happens ALL the time and they decided to not disclose they would be closed for a week, so my closing was delayed because of them even longer, they had no apologies, didn't care at all, horrible attitudes..will never recommend them ever. We've used WZ Law Group for multiple real estate transactions. They have always been very courteous to us and their customer service has been over the top. We will continue using WZ Law Group for all of our real estate needs. We've also used WZ Law Group for our business. Jennifer W is the best corporate attorney. We've watched her in action and she has been great for what we have needed. We highly recommend Jennifer for all of your corporate / business legal needs. The receptionist was really kind on the phone and informed me who in the firm to email. I then emailed the main attorney, and she was awesome, and gave me the direction that I needed.
