Client Testimonials Susan M. Dodge, Attorney at Law Customer feedback summary: 1. Susan was the best in every way! My daughter was granted what we often believed was incredibly fair in her best interest. Could not have had a more excellent lawyer! 2. Susan was the best in every way! Been my attorney for many years!! 5. Susan took the time to speak with me when she was very busy and I didn't have an appointment. Sometimes it seems there aren't many good people still living. However, she is one of them. She was informative, intelligent, supportive, and empathetic to my situation. Thank you Susan for assisting me when it was unnecessary. 6. Love her office and services 9. Best in the town. 10. Best in the town. 11. 1/2 a STAR NOT A WHOLE STAR. I am not rating the attorney because we never saw him. I entered the office at 2;30. The girl says "fill this out he'll be right with you". I took it back to the desk, stood there about 5 minutes, and she did not even acknowledge me. I left it and sat back down. Another girl came in that worked there. They chatted about a 3:30 appointment and someone was late. Then the receptionist's friend came in, and they chatted about their kids. Still, not a word to Rob or me. At 3:00 Rob told her we were leaving because we had a 2:30 appointment. She said ok. Really!! How about I'm sorry, he is being held up, or his meeting is taking longer than he thought. Susan Dodge, I am leaving this because your front office staff needs to realize we are people with feelings, and common decency should be given to anyone who walks into your office. Also, what goes on when nobody is in your office is one thing, but a new perspective customer should not be ignored.
