Customer feedback overview: 1. I called three times over a four day period one month ago .I talked to someone named James, he was polite at first but on the third call asking for help from an attorney he sounded frustrated and just said Kevin I sent Lisa an email asking her to call you !! Their phone was answered with Hello. Not very professional. And I never did here from "Lisa " whom I assume was the attorney. Funny thing their website says 24 hours which would seem to indicate these people are really after the business. Well thanx for nothing I've been treated better by Republicans 2.
