Do not waste your time. Save yourself the trouble and get an attorney that doesn’t drag their feet and cost you in the long run. I called several months ago, intending to set up an LLC, but due to funding, we decided to wait until now when we had what was needed. I emailed six days ago (at the time of this review) saying that we were ready to go through with it, and I called to make sure that he got the email. The receptionist told me she would give my information to Frank Longest, and I haven’t heard anything back since. Even the email I had sent him way back months ago was never responded to. I can’t recommend this company as they seem to crawl at the pace of a snail, and they don’t communicate at all. Disappointed, since Frank seemed like such a helpful and nice guy. Someone who had used Frank before recommend him to me, but I think they worked with him many years ago, which explains the quality change in recent reviews. I cannot recommend Frank Longest. The guy was very nice, but he must be new and not know what he's doing. He kept asking my husband for the same paperwork my husband had sent him three times. Then, he said he couldn't do the job. He seemed like a very sincere, nice person which he maybe. Came in on Nov. 30, 2022 and spoke with him about getting papers submitted in order to settle my deceased dad's estate, grant it, which wasn't much because all his debts were already paid off. So pretty much just needed Small Estate paper submitted to Estate Clerk of Court to close his bank account. As time went on, I didn't hear from him nor his assistant. I called left messages, actually stopped by the office as well. And maybe once actually spoke with his assistant to check on the progress in which she stated to me let me check and I'll give you call back. Never heard from no one. So only to find out on 1/20/23 from the Estate Clerk of Court that no papers had been submitted. That day I requested to pick up paperwork that I had left to submit them on my own. He did finally return a call that day to try to explain, at that point I really didn't care to hear any of the reason why. They lost my dad's death certificate. Only to say if found I'll mail it to you. It made me feel like what I needed done didn't matter at all. It was a time when common courtesy and how you would like to be treated as a person mattered. They never gave me the chance to tell them I was going to go in with him so he could fully understand what was going on. If they didn’t allow that they could of just said so.
