I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! I used this company for a birthday celebration for a group of ladies who traveled from afar to celebrate my birthday on January 20, 2024 ( one of the coldest nights 17 degrees in Charlotte NC ) The driver arrived on time BUT the bus heating system was BROKEN it felt like the AC was running. The driver insisted that the bus has to heat up it had been sitting all day. I made several attempts to reach the owner Emil Tasho about the conditions on the bus and how my guest was disappointed with the situation and became sick with flu like symptoms. The owner has failed to respond to any of my emails, text messages and calls. My guest has also made complaints via emails, text messages and phone calls. He has to respond to ANY of mine or or my guest this is not how you do business. This showed me how you handle your customers after you get their money ($1,200). Next step small claims court.
