Not a customer first company. The focus is short term gain rather than customer service long term. With a mistake/miscommunication with booking, there was no opportunity to reschedule but rather charge the customer. Being a long term customer matters NOT. Will no longer give my hard earned money to this company who do not value their customers.
I purchased a gift card for my girlfriend online and presented it to her on her birthday so she could setup a future appointment. After use, the receptionist named ASHLEY did not know how to use/charge the gift card and told my girlfriend she didn’t see her name in the system (under my account because I booked the gift card through my account) and proceed to read other names from years past (2019/2020) which were females I’ve dealt with prior. However thanks to ASHLEY’s incompetence my Girlfriend & I couldn’t work things out after ASHLEY’S mistake and this company never reached back out or apologize for sharing Information that eventually costed me my relationship when everything was going so well.
