Charlotte Gymnastics Academy is a “hidden treasure,” according to several parents, that has been family-oriented since its inception in 2002. Our gym is in Charlotte’s Southwest, near South Blvd. and Arrowood rd., minutes away from I-77/I-485 and just a short distance from South Meck High School and South Park Mall. All of our programs emphasize a balance in Health and Wellness and support athletic strength, flexibility, and speed. Preschool gymnastics training (5-6.5 yrs old). Structured guidance in basic gymnastics develops motor skills and other. Mighty Mites savor the excitement of rolling, flipping, and jumping. Develops core muscle (stomach and back) strength and confidence alongside social and personal confidence.
