As for the products, most of them rave about how high quality and exquisite every item, specifically the doors, are. Steve Myers is mentioned many times as a professional, helpful point of contact that makes the experience easy and enjoyable. This is a two edged sword, as the call to action and contact Stephen is good but also the call of the longest conversations, full of complaints about the customer’s experiences with subcontractors and the customer’s contractors. The most severe problems were not contractor misconduct in the narrow sense, but failures of communication and coordination among all of the parties involved in the work on the customer’s house. Despite all the trouble involved with the contractor, the positive experiences with Clark Hall are many and varied from excellent service, communication, and installation making it as smooth and pleasant as possible.
